Unless you have been living under a rock for the past few weeks you know that Kanye West is losing partnerships left and right after hurling several anti-Semitic statements during several interviews. Following the shocking outbursts, Adidas ended its partnership with him, slicing into his net worth and possibly cutting off monthly payments to pay the bills.
According to Forbes, Yeezy’s deal with Adidas was worth $1.5 billion of his net worth. The business earned over $500 million in total royalty payments and marketing fees in the first four years of the deal.
Following Adidas dropping Kanye West, his net worth dropped by $400 million.
The building owner is requesting “past due rent of $63,254, reasonable attorneys fees, forfeiture of the agreement, and damages at the rate from January 1, 2023.”
