Ferggy And Sika Warman To Host 610Music Western Music Awards Red Carpet

With a week to the much anticipated 6th edition of 610Music Western Music scheduled for 20th August at the Best Western Plus Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi, Westline Entertainment, organizers of the awards have announced Hypeman Ferggy and Sika Warman as the hosts of the red carpet.

As an event that precedes the main show, the Public Relations Officer of Westline Entertainment, Nana Kwesi Coomson mentions that; “red carpet sets the tone for the main event so whoever is appointed to handle the red carpet is of keen interest to us as organizers.”

“Again, the concept of our red carpet is to give budding talents the platform to hone their skills. With their individual skills and experiences in presenting, we are confident Ferggy and Sika will bring their expertise to bear to make the red carpet exciting” Mr. Coomson added.

 

About Hypeman Ferggy

 

Officially known as George Ferguson Laing, Hypeman Ferggy is a Broadcast Journalist, DJ, Pro Hypeman and event Host.

With over 8 years experience in the Creative Arts, he has been nominated for several awards and hosted numerous events in the Western Region Creative Arts space. When it comes to night life entertainment, he is a force to reckon with as he is known for thrilling patrons with his unique style of hyping and mcing.

George Ferguson Laing started his career as a presenter at Live FM as an intern before joining Melody FM in Takoradi.

He then joined Radio Maxx as a co-host of the drive time. In 2017, he joined Radio Premier as the main host of their drive time.

He is currently with YFM as the host of the award winning entertainment show, Y Entertainment Podium. Last year George Ferguson Laing co-hosted the red carpet of Western Music Awards in 2021.

 

About Sika Warmann

 

Sika Warman is a Broadcast Journalist with Ideas GH TV, an online television platform in Takoradi. Before joining Ideas TV, she was a News Anchor at Beach FM.

She started her education in Kumasi and proceeded to Fijai Senior High School in Sekondi. She had her tertiary education at African University College of Communication in Accra.

She has hosted the red carpet of Miss Western, Western Radio and Television Personality Awards
